Ordering Tickets Online Ordering San Antonio event tickets online is easy and secure. Just browse through our online inventory for any event or venue and find the tickets you would like to purchase. You will be taken through our secure online order process. Our online order process is safe and secure 24 hours a day 7 days a week however, some people are a little uneasy ordering products off of the Internet and we understand this. If you prefer talking to real live person, we welcome your call at 1-210-344-6262 . Our staff of friendly ticket representatives will be more than happy to assist you over the phone with your ticketing needs. For your protection, the name and billing address on your order must match your credit card exactly. CVV2 ID number required. Shipment to an address other than your billing address will require special fax authorization provided to you after placing your order. All Texas events are subject to an 8.25% sales tax. Shipping Your Tickets Alamo Tickets standard shipping is via FedEx within 48 hours after purchase. For a small additional fee, you may select to upgrade to shipping options such as express or overnight when placing your order. We are NOT responsible for missed deliveries. Alamo Tickets Return Policy Refunds or exchanges are offered only for event cancellations. All other sales are final. There is a $5.00 per ticket service charge that will not be refunded on canceled events. This refund will be by company check or credit card. Mailing and delivery charges are non refundable. Refund must be made within ten days of event cancellation otherwise, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, and there are no Refunds, Cancellations, or Exchanges. Alamo Tickets is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets nor responsible for seating changes made by venue, or unusual stage setups that may hamper view.
