Ordering Tickets Online
Ordering San Antonio event tickets online is easy and secure. Just browse through our online inventory for any event or venue and find the tickets you would like to purchase. You will be taken through our secure online order process.
Our online order process is safe and secure 24 hours a day 7 days a week however, some people are a little uneasy ordering products off of the Internet and we understand this.
For your protection, the name and billing address on your order must match your credit card exactly. CVV2 ID number required. Shipment to an address other than your billing address will require you to email or fax a signed authorization letter that will include a copy of your government issued picture identification. Because of the high fraud rate with orders asking for tickets emailed, we will *NOT* email your tickets. You will have to pick them at our office or have them shipped FedEx. Having someone else pick up your tickets also requires a signed authorization letter.
All ticket prices are based upon the current market value, which is influenced by supply and demand. Therefore, we are constantly updating our ticket prices to accurately reflect the current market value. The market value of tickets is not the same as the face value (the price you see on the ticket). Our prices are subject to change at any time and without notice.
All Texas events are subject to an 8.25% state sales tax which appears as a separate charge.
Shipping Your Tickets
Alamo Tickets standard shipping is via FedEx Express within 48 hours after purchase. For a small additional fee, you may select to upgrade to shipping options such as express overnight when placing your order. We will charge $20 to ship Priority Mail to P.O. Boxes. To avoid the higher shipping charge, always include a street address to ship to when you order. For Saturday deliveries, we will charge $40.
We are NOT responsible for missed deliveries.
Local Pickup near Venue Location for AT&T Center concert and event tickets
For local pickup of your AT&T Center concert and event tickets, you can pick them up at our office location at 2132 NW Military Hwy and West Ave in Castle Hills between 9am to 5pm weekdays. Our store location is in University Square next to the Bank of America and Tee Tailors. On the day of the event from one hour before the event begins until the event starts, you can pick up your tickets at our booth located next to the Valero gas station (1171 AT&T Center Parkway). Our booth is on the IH-35 North access road and it has a yellow roof.
Alamo Tickets Return Policy
Refunds or exchanges are offered only for event cancellations. All other sales are final. There is a $10.00 per ticket service charge that will not be refunded on canceled events. This refund will be by company check or credit card. Mailing and delivery charges are non refundable.
Refund must be made within ten days of event cancellation otherwise, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, and there are no Refunds, Cancellations, or Exchanges.
Alamo Tickets is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or stolen tickets because they cannot be reprinted or replaced. We are responsible for seating changes made by venue, or unusual stage setups that may hamper view.
